Effective date: July 24, 2026 Last updated: July 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit yourbrandsteam.com (the “Site”) or use our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described here.

Who we are

Your Brands Team is a creative and marketing services business operating as a DBA of Texas Print Design LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Texas and based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We provide design, website, video, photography, and social media services to local businesses.

If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us at hi@yourbrandsteam.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out our contact form, request a quote, email us, or call us, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever details you include about your project. If you become a client, we also collect the information needed to deliver our services and bill you.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site. We use Google Analytics for this (see “Analytics and cookies” below).

Client project information. If you are a client, we collect and store the files, content, brand assets, and other materials you share with us so we can complete your work. This may be handled through a third-party client portal (see “Third-party services we use”).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, health information, or financial account numbers) through the Site. Please do not submit that kind of information through our contact form.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes
  • Deliver, manage, and improve the services you hire us for
  • Communicate with you about your projects, including updates and approvals
  • Send invoices and process payments
  • Understand how the Site is used so we can improve it
  • Send you marketing or promotional emails if you have opted in (see “Email marketing”)
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements

Analytics and cookies

Our Site uses cookies — small files stored on your device — and Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, the pages you visit, and how long you stay. This helps us see what’s working and improve the Site.

In the future, we may also install advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure and improve any advertising we run. If and when we do, we will update this policy to reflect it.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

Email marketing

We do not currently send a newsletter or marketing emails. We may begin email marketing in the future. If we do, we will only send marketing emails to people who have opted in or who are existing clients, and every marketing email will include an easy way to unsubscribe. Choosing not to receive marketing emails will not affect the service communications we send about your active projects.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers. We use trusted third-party tools to run our business — for example, analytics, a client portal, email, and payment processing. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their function for us, and only for that purpose.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
  • Business transfer. If our business is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred, your information may be part of that transfer. We will notify you of any such change.

Third-party services we use

We rely on the following categories of third-party services, each with its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

  • Google Analytics — website analytics
  • A client project portal — where clients log in to submit requests, share files, and track project status
  • Email and communication tools — to correspond with you
  • Payment processing — to handle billing for clients

We choose reputable providers, but we do not control their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with directly, such as the client portal.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and comply with our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. If you’d like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us at hi@yourbrandsteam.com and we’ll honor the request where we’re able to and not otherwise required to retain it.

Your choices and rights

You can:

  • Ask what we have. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct it. Ask us to fix information that’s inaccurate.
  • Delete it. Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal retention requirements.
  • Opt out of marketing. Unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
  • Control cookies. Manage cookies through your browser settings.

To exercise any of these, email hi@yourbrandsteam.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or other state privacy laws. We honor the rights that apply to you.

Children’s privacy

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our Site may link to other websites, such as our social media profiles or third-party tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. This policy applies only to yourbrandsteam.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes may be communicated through the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
